I've tried and tried, but no matter what I've don't over the past decade or so - drinking, smoking, junk food etc - I just can't kick this nasty running habit. So I've decided to succumb to the lure of running. Stop playing in the wading pool of the running world and plunge into the deep end of marathon running.

I run almost by default. I'm not exactly coordinated enough to run AND do something else. Actually I'm up for trying anything once.
