Hi Karla,

How are you? I hope everything is going well. Are you still running? I am still running for conditioning no marathons in sight for me at this time... Maybe later.

Hey Karla,

Hope you and your family are having a wonderful holiday. Do you do tamales for Christmas? I just got back from by girlfriend's house. Made tamales for the first time. They were so good!

Have a safe and fun trip. See you when you get back.

Hi Peter, your are very welcome.
The Rose Bowl 1/2 was great! I loved the course, the trail portion was wonderful... It's was so much fun. Around 1600 people, a good turn around to be the first one.
I got cold two days before the race but I decided to run it no matter what, I was crazy... we started the race with +/- 44F. Freeezzzing! Still I enjoy it a lot, I hope next year more BR's would join this race. See you tomorrow!

Hi Vanessa,
Thanks for the info. I am going to call the Podiatrists on next week. I googled him and seems to be a preeminent doctor, that's great. He has wrote articles for runnersworld magazine and other, plus it seems his best narathon tine is under 2:30. Thanks again. I will see you tomorrow.

Hi Karla,
I think my PF is returning as well. But don't worry we'll get through it. My podiatrists name is Dr. Pagliano and he is in Long Beach. I will try to get you the phone number and e-mail it to you. But you can look him up through google if you can't wait. I don't really know what that picture is of, I just liked it and picked it.
Talk to you soon.

I'm glad to see familiar faces again last saturday. I am excited to start running again. The Rose Bowl 5K or half marathon is on Dec. 8, saturday. Another beach runner asked me if I want to run the half marathon - well, I don't think I'm ready for another long run just yet. Here is the link to their website. http://www.pacificsportsllc.com/rosebowl/rosebowlinfo.html
