5.) To get as many of my family and friends into running and to love it as much as I do.
Post run indulgance:
Eat a post run meal high in protein & carbs but low in fat, have a nice bath and then a nice nap after my long runs.
Other sports I like to do:
1.) Strengh-training
2.) Cycling
3.) Rock Climbing - haven't done this but it's on my list to try this year.
I like staying active so I'll do any physically active sports that interests me.

ChiRunning by Danny Dreyer (read this already a while back but I continue to refer to it as a refresher for my running performance)

Hey Jenny, CONGRATULATIONS! Wow, you made it! I did not make it to run on that marathon because I was too late to register. So anyway there are still lots of time to train for the next marathon. Once again Congratulations I am so proud of you. You go girl! LOL :h)
