Since it has been so hot this week, I thought I would offer a few ideas for training in the heat. Feel free to add your own ideas- these are just some that I have tried, or have heard work
1. Wear a white hat- I think it reflects the sun or something
2. Put an ice cube under your hat and let it melt down your neck- This works during races when ice is available at aid stations
3. Freeze a bandanna and tie it around your neck
4. Drink water- lots of it! -before, after, and during your run

Really enjoyed your yoga session on Saturday at the Yogathon. It's been a while and my body was craving it. I felt so relaxed the rest of the day...hope to take in one of your classes again soon.
