The best 5K for you to do (in my opinion) would be the Great Race of Agoura. The first 1/2 mile is all downhill, then it levels out more or less with some ups and downs. The after race expo kicks butt - all kinds of healthy foods. And it is a big community race so everyone really gets excited. It was my first race and I will do it every year now.
