I'm new again to running, I started in May 07. I used to run alot in the Marine Corps, but after I got out I stopped completely. Now about 55lbs later I decided to get back into shape. Since I started running again i've lost 34lbs, my goal this year is to lose another 30lbs safely & keep it off.
