Running Down A Dream

My first blog...I think ever. Wow. The pressure is on. Should I be funny, serious, inspirational? My mind races as I begin to type. How was I ever going to be as funny as Larry "I run, therefore I eat" Rosenwinkel? Or as insightful as Gary "I've got the Chi" Smith? And let's not forget as memorable as "Uncle Sam". The race was a good one for me. I hear you PR'd, nice job! I finished in 3:40...slower than LB, but pretty much what I predicted given my less intense training. This was the first time I ever ran in the ran and it was not that bad. The gust of wind on the coast was the challenge this race. I had to stop a few times to retie a shoe lace that kept coming undone. Now it is off to Catalina on Saturday. See you soon.
