Yes, I'm going to the PV clean-up tomorrow. Steve mentioned the Griffith trail run after I had committed to PV, so maybe next time, I hope there's a next time.
Christy,
Hey, that's great another architect in the group.. uh-uh!. I will talk to Lisa in couple weeks since next Saturday I will be doing the 1/2 marathon at Pasadena but I am planning on going to the Yoga class. See you then! :)
Catalina Marathon, Catalina Buffalo Run, Long Beach 1/2
Personal Records (PR's):
Okay, now I've run a marathon...Catalina...loved it!!!!! Where next? Hopefully someplace beautiful.
Favorite Place to Train:
anywhere outside...but the Rose Bowl, Long Beach, and if I had my wish come true, perhaps someplace like Big Sur
Completed Races:
Long Beach 1/2
Running Goals:
To keep running for the rest of my life.
Post run indulgance:
definitely a massage
Other sports I like to do:
I like just about everything...well, no I take that back....not deep sea diving (too clausterphobic)...I particularly love hiking.
What I'm reading:
I love reading about food and nutrition. I just read Good Calories, Bad Calories by Gary Taubes. I happen to love to eat nuts and yeah! they are good calories...otherwise I would have stopped reading the book. I am starting a book called Why We Run by Bernard Heinreich. Has anyone else read it?

You are most welcome. We all need encouragement from time to time - especially on extra difficult races like the Buffalo run. I had a blast that day.
Congratulations on your podium finish your first time out.
