I will finish the Long Beach half in under 3:00 (yes I'm slow, but I'm getting better.)

Other sports I like to do:

I have to run because I can't do any sports that have a ball. No hand eye coordination. If you've seen me run you know I'm not a natural athlete.

When I'm running one might not be able to use the term speed, but it is training.

I will honor my commitments from last week.

This week I will run faster than I did last week.
