We had a blast on Monday - I was there in photog/support capacity. It was great seeing all of the other Beach Runners there. Congratulations for waking up early and handling the heat!

Vasti did a great job with a time of 2:07:12... I even got to see Danny Dreyer run by with his shirt waving like a flag from the top of his head.

hey Sean,
Matt here from Bethany... I laughed when I was browsing the trail running group members and said "wait, I know that guy!" Have you done any of the runs this year? If not, it'd be great to see you on tuesday nights in RPV. oh, and how did mud run go for Vasti?

Sean,
If you have little experience with ice ax and crampon and are interested in winter hiking/climbing, purchase "Freedom of the Hills" from REI, it's the climbing bible. Reading any particular section is probably more valuable than an expensive seminar.

Sean,
I like your wit and humor. I'm off on a walk-about to India for a couple of months. When I return let's do some hiking and trail running. Have you used ice ax and crampons?

Yes, I did see the documentary and it was fabulous to say the least. Thank you for the link! It was great to watch it again.
I like the music links you put on your page. Dylan is great as always.

He completed his first 5K in 30mins, I would have beat him too but my son was too tired and I had to run with him on my shoulders for 1mile.
