The first 15 days next to follow sometime this week:
Day 1: Run 1 hour easy
Day 2: Bike 80 minute easy pace
Day 3: Swim: warmup, drills & 6 x 100 yard at comfortable effort
Day 4: rest
Day 5: Run 45 minutes easy
Day 6: Bike 60 minutes. Include plenty of good hills for strenght training
Day 7: Swim 8 x 100 at comfortable pace. Focus on form and technique
Day 8: Run 70 minutes easy
Day 9: 90 minute bike easy pace consdiering you

After a very stressful July I decided that I really needed to get back into training. One of my goals this summer is to complete the Long Beach Tri in the end of September.
So I started back into my training. I am focusing on swimming because I really did not know how to swim well and to me it is my weakest piece at the moment. I planning to do 2 a day training for the next month and start to incorporate brick work outs. I will keep you posted on my progress.

I'm interested in getting a group together to train for a triathalon after the LB marathon.

3-4 hours or more and it helped us deal with the boredom. And once we get some dirt on you - maybe we'll make up a cadence about you. Lots of things rhyme with Rusty - so it should be pretty easy.
