Earth Hour Tonight - Lights Out
Mother Earth
Earth Hour was started in Sydney, Australia in 2007. SoCalRunning.com is supporting this new Global effort to lighten our carbon footprint. Tonight between 8 – 9 PM we are encouraged to power down our houses. That’s right, lights out. And after you do it, go outside and take a look at the sky.

Thanks so much for getting back with me. My doctor will let me start running again after September 9th. Can I join Beach Runners for the remainder of the program from Sept. 12-Oct. 12th? Would I need to sign up for the half marathon separately, or is there still time to combine it with the BR program? If so, what would the cost be?

I didn't join Beach Runners this year because I was pregnant. I had my son 4 weeks ago and both he and I are healthy as can be. I will have the go ahead from my doctor to run again on September 9th. Do you think it's possible to train for the LB half marathon in one month? I wasn't able to run during my pregnancy, but I did walk a lot. I would really value your opinion.

Great meeting you on Sunday. Great job with the running info, and wow, kudos for getting through that yoga class with such limited space.
People really looked like they were enjoying themselves.
I will be getting a massage tonight, so I will not be able to join ya'll.
Maybe after the Human Race on the 31st since I will be doing the Monday evening Nike runs in Pasadena.
