Mt Baldy: A new height of accomplishment. And to be accompanied by a dozen are so Beach Runners created a further sense of comradory and relatedness. Reaching the finish line was too awesome for words!

Hi Vern: Got your text. Sorry I did not answer I was at work. Are you running Tues and/or Thurs? If so, where? I'm trying to figure out how to get my runs in now that we are changing the time. Getting up early is not sounding too good?
Hi Vern:
You have a kind and warm soul, my dear running buddy. I am always happy to see your great smile at the end of each Saturday run. Thank you for inviting me to the Thursday runs...I'll take it easy.
I love you, Vern!!! We did it! Had the best run of my life yesterday and shaved off 22 min from my Long Beach time. You just gave me the extra confidence I needed. And to quote you, "I'm just where I want myself to be."
